AI Inbox — Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete your AI Inbox account and all data associated with it.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to shashank@bol7.com from the same email address you use to sign in to AI Inbox.
2. Use the subject line: Delete my AI Inbox account
3. In the email body, include:
   • The email address registered with AI Inbox
   • (Optional) Reason for deletion — this helps us improve the app
4. We will confirm receipt within 3 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What data is deleted

Once your request is processed, the following is permanently deleted from our servers:

• Your account record (email address, user ID, profile information)
• All conversations and messages you sent or received
• Photos, videos, and audio files attached to your messages
• Contact list entries imported into AI Inbox
• Authentication tokens and active session data
• Device identifiers tied to your account
• In-app preferences (theme, language, notification settings)

What data may be retained

For legal, security, and fraud-prevention purposes, the following may be retained for a limited period after account deletion:

• Anonymized server logs (with no link back to your email or user ID) — retained for up to 90 days
• Anonymized crash reports — retained for up to 90 days
• Records required by applicable law — retained for the period legally required

None of the retained data can be used to identify you personally.

Partial data deletion

If you wish to delete only specific data (for example, a single conversation or attachment) without deleting your entire account, email shashank@bol7.com with the subject line Delete specific data and describe what you want removed.

Account deletion does not affect

• Messages already received and saved by other users on their own devices.
• Messages already exported or backed up by you outside the app.

Support hours & response time

Our support team is available Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST. We respond to all deletion requests within 3 business days. Requests received outside support hours are addressed on the next working day.
